I’ve always enjoyed living a physically active life, like gardening, pruning trees in the back yard, washing windows, moving things around the house or at the airport.

Though the occasional back aches that resulted were not always that bad, it was the stiff neck that was the most permanent discomfort. But what was my most surprising ailment was the dizziness I might suddenly have with certain body movements.

Through a friend of mine I was referred to Dr. Cherok and I have now been receiving her treatment regularly for a couple of years. It is amazing to me how she has kept my body well tuned. When I have a discomfort or feel a knot somewhere, she knows just where to go to correct it.

The “pain in the neck” that I have tried to live with for many years was eliminated shortly after receiving her treatment. The dizziness is gone too. Her treatment, which included my doing a daily exercise, has worked and now members of my family are also benefiting from her expertise.
